Comet - Information

I used the Click & Collect service. Web experience was very good. Website was easy to navigate and loaded quickly. Product info can be scarce but I researched product beforehand.
Reserved product and received confimration. Went to collect, product NOT in stock. Was told this happens frequently. Very bad experience that was repeated in another store for the same product. Will not use this service again, nor Comet when alternative of same product and price is available.

Straight forward and easy ordering. Nice product.

I was a bit disappointed that I paid for delivery with installation. The delivery lads turned up and were a bit condescending in the way they told me all I had to do was plug it in. They didn't bother helping with the wee plastic guard things to put in the back and didn't put it exactly where it was supposed to go. But near enough was good enough as I am able bodied. I would like to assume that if I was a pensioner they would have been a little more helpful.
But all in all, quite pleased that it was delivered within the expected time slot. And the fridge has been running really well since.

The whole experience was very good, the only problem I had was with the online purchasing system. I got all the way through and entered payment details. It then through me out saying the Credit card details were incorrect and I had to start over (from the home page!!!), and not to re-enter or use a diff. card.

purchased was good but waiting over 6weeks for delivery is not acceptable to me.
