Excellent overall service. It was good to be phoned to agree the delivery date and then was delivered on the day. The only fault is that they can't get the courier company to say whether it will be a morning or afternoon delivery.
I found it easy to order the DVD recorder I wanted and it it was considerably cheaper than other suppliers that I found.The order was placed on Boxing Day and I was contacted the next day (Sat 27th Dec) and delivery was arranged for Tues 30th Dec. A very simply and fast transaction well done!

I ordered a Sony 40V400 tv and Sony RDRHXD995 dvd recorder and the price was the cheapest available. I made one telephone enquiry before purchase and found them helpful. I received a call telling me the day I would receive the items and they were both received in good order. The only hiccup was that the dvd recorder arrived on one van and a quarter of an hour later the tv arrived on another van! But that is down to CityLink's poor organisation. I have set up both items but am still getting to grips with the complexities of the dvd recorder. Its manual is 166 pages long compared with just 38 for the tv. If I want further electrical equipment I will certainly look to see what Digtech Electronics have to offer.
Digitech Electronics were excellent.I purchased a Sony RDRHXD995 DVD Recorder and they were the cheapest company by far.Their communication was excellent both by phone and email.Although they could not give a time of day when delivery would arrive they gave a date and kept to it.Thoroughly recommended.
Very quick, but I would prefer to know if a delivery is coming morning or afternoon so that I can plan other things.
Missed the phonecall to arrange delivery time and waited several days. Would have appreciated a call to one of the alternative phone numbers i had provided. Problem easily rectified with one short phonecall and my purchase arrived on the specified day shortly after. I can't fault Digitech in any way and will be happy to use them again and will recommend to friends and family.
