Kitchen Science - Information

Excellent - no problems.

It was very easy to use this site. Goods were received well within the 7-10 days in good order. Thank you very much. However I was unable to track the order at any time so did not know when to expect it. It was fortunate that my husband works from home and was here to take the goods in, otherwise it would have meant a 6 mile round trip to pick it up.

Kitchen Science were so un-helpful and rude, I wouldn't have brought from them it was purely because tehy were the cheapest via a voucher code website.

After ordering KS sent confilicting details regarding the items colour description. On phoning they were unable to confirm (this is really concerning) or find out what was to be delivered. The delivery date given was a delayed date rather than a rapid delivery and I was rather rudely informed that a discount code (which worked on line) was invalid. KS made no attempt to resolve any of these issues for me and seemed completely disinterested in retaining my custom. I cancelled the order and was forced to pay more with another company to ensure I was getting the colour option I was paying for. Since KS took my money well BEFORE planned dispatch I have yet to see if I have been refunded.

This was the first time I have used Kitchen Science and the experience was 100% positive, from the ease of ordering, the price and finally the delivery men, who were better than you could have possibly hoped for. I will definately use Kitchen Science again.

I would have liked to have known that the order was despatched so that i could track but I am completely satisfied otherwise

It was easy to use the website with enough information about the product.Having ordered, the product came in good time and most important it works. A breadmaker had not been on our 'wanted' list,but it persuaded my partner.

However, the E-mail which specified a delivery date was confusing - it said that the product would come directly from the manufacturer (Miele) but actually came via "Expert Logistics". This might explain why although delivery was due on 3rd Jan, by 2nd Jan at 17:00 I still hadn't received confrmation of delivery time. I phoned Kitchen Science - they said we'd receive a phone call on the 3rd between 08:30 and 10:30 to confirm at what time that day it would be delivered. However at 08:00 on the 3rd, the washer/drier actually arrived! This meant that I hadn't had time to disconnect the old appliance etc. Men who delivered it were very helpful etc. - no problems here, simply a lack of clear information regarding delivery time. best price for teh product i wanted, product was shipped quicker than quoted. Overall very happy
