ALTHOUGH THE ITEM WAS ORDERED IN PLENTY OF TIME IT DID'NT ARRIVE FOR 17 DAYS AND AS IT WAS AN EXMAS PRESENT WHICH RUINED THE SURPRISE. I PHONED SEVERAL TIMES ONLY TO BE GIVEN A LIE FOR THE RESON OF NON DELIVERY NOT ONCE BUT SEVERAL TIMES THE EXUSE WAS THE TRACKING NUMBER WAS NOT GIVEN BY SPAINS AIRPORT AND AFTER CONTACTING BRITISH POST OFFICE THEY INFORMED ME THAT ALL PARCELS ONLY HAVE ONE NUMBER GIVEN AT SOURCE I WAS REFUSED THIS NUMBER BY THE SALES STAFF.AND THEN ALL PHONE WENT OFF UNTILL THE NEW YEAR LEAVING ME HIGH AND DRY

I specically ordered from yourselves a gift for a friend to be delivered to her at her home for Christmas. It was not until the 22nd December that you said you were unable to deliver by which time I was unable to access a computer and am now left feeling embarrassed at the lack of gift for my friend.
The price was the attraction and the delivery before christmas was as advertised. Thanks
Purchased item online and at no time was i notified that there was no stock in the country of the item. Requested refund and I am still waiting...
Very disappointed as it was supposed to be a gift for my father!
I ordered on a Friday and paid for express delivery.
I had to call the following Thursday to check the order and i believe it was only sent out on this day as it arrived on the following Saturday
Order placed on 14th.
Email advising of dispatch arrived on 18th.
Tracking number did not show up on Royal Mail system.
Phoned Royal Mail.
They had no record of package bearing that number!
E-mailed Global Gizmos on 20th (Sat) still no reply to email as of 23rd (Tue) despite claiming to respond within 24 hours.
Tried to phone to see what the problem is/was.
No reply as they had shut for christmas on the 19th.
Getting quite twitchy about christmas presents arriving in time.
23rd and package turns up bearing "Next Day" sticker!
Lo and behold the tracking number is now (10am) working. it wasn't at midnight last night!
Was it dispatched on 18th as per email or was it really sent on 22nd????
Still, the stuff is here now.
Good prices but I might be inclined to pay a bit more and use a more reliable retailer.
very happy with gps i purchased from global gizmos, i found the website very user friendly, the price was the cheapest i have found anywhere on line, delivery was as promised before christmas, thankyou very much. All the best for 2009.
I would like to have known when i purchased approx date of delivery.
