Postman delivered the item to a tucked away spot and it took me several days to notice it

I searched for a laptop and was informed that i had selected one with a turion processor. When i clicked the link it swapped it out for a sempron - BIG difference but not expecting this i ordered and am now awaiting a refund. Not a good experience.

Yes, I was highly satisfied will a lot of items being priced reasonably cheaper than many other outlets. It was quite easy to buy things online and it is good that there is a selection of lot of items consumers can choose from. The main thing i noticed was the items were delivered on time as well the setting of items in your website which were easily understood and presentable.

Considering the value of the item it was such an easy transaction. I purchased it in 5 minutes on weekend. Tuesday it arrived. Amazing

Hi, The website appeared to loop on a few occassions with no error messages visible and wasn't sure if I had ordered 1,2 or 3 laptops. (This may have been an issue with my company website but not sure). I also added data in the box FAO but the label on the package had null so consequently my company could not deliver it as we have 5000 members of staff. I had to phone customer services to get tracking info before it could be traced in our post room.

Trouble free purchase but despatch notification sent 6 hours after I had already received item!

When contacting customer services by phone, I found it was part of PC world. I am not sure I would have followed the link if I had known. However, the horror stories I have heard/experienced with PC World were not applicable to my web based purchase. BUT, as the purchase is a Christmas present and it has not been used yet, we may still have problems!

painless purchase & proompt delivery - excellent!

I ordered a laptop from the internet site when it hadn't arrived after a week I had to phone the company up to be informed that they didnt have the laptop I wanted and would not be getting it in but they could offer me a similar spec laptop. I cancelled my order but as yet have not recieved any refund. It looks like I will have to ring them again. Overall the service was very por.

Extremely knowledgable and helpful telephone contact. As I live fairly remote in the Isle of Man the delivery was maybe 24hrs delayed from that indicated by the express method. I will certainly look to use this supplier again.
