I was a firts time customer but when I asked for my order to be sent to my work address I was told that this could not be done. This meant that I had to go after work and collect my goods from the Post Office. Very unsatisfactory. The agent I spoke to was also quite unhelpful and I would think twice using PC World again on the internet.

What can you say it was straight forward, they had the product I wanted, in the quantity that I wanted and it was delivered at 07:40 the following day.
However, I cannot comment on their customer services as I had no need for this.
