No fuss ordering process and good range of product choices at Misco.
Tracking info from City Link courier not trustworthy though - they advised delivery the day after my order but then didn't show up with the goods - very annoying when someone has waited in all day! Tracking info site said they had attempted delivery when in fact they had not. Then I arranged (on Friday) delivery the following Monday but they turned up the next day (Saturday)! Fortunately I was at home.
Misco's service was impeccable.
It was easy to navigate through the Misco website. They offer exceptional value for money. The camera was delivered very fast, it arrived in perfect condition, and has been great to use. I would recommend this company to everyone.
I was impressed with the overall ease of selection and purchase and subsequent order tracking. The item was delivered very quickly - faster than expected - however, whilst its not a complaint, the item was capable of being delivered thru the letter box and so did not need someone to be available to sign for it, although I understand the need for a signed delivery.

Misco misled me by saying they had the product I wanted.
I ordered an Ipod last Monday, I even telephoned Misco to check that they had the product and paid extra to have this delivered on Sat for my daughters birthday. On Friday they left a voice message saying they had cancelled the order as they had no stock, leaving me no time to purchase from anywhere In time.
Customer Services was appalling.
Website excellent, easy to use and no problems experienced.
