DeliveryDelivery for most in-stock fashion, textiles and small household items: ■ Standard 2-day delivery is FREE. Order before 11pm. ■ Next day delivery costs £3.95. Order before 4pm. ■ Specified day delivery costs £3.95. Order up to 8 days in advance. All delivery options are available when ordering online and refer to working days only, e.g. items ordered on Saturday choosing ‘next day option’ (before cut off time) will be delivered on Monday. If your order consists of several items and you want these to be delivered to different addresses, there will be a separate delivery charge for each address. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time-scale. This also applies to products sent direct from our suppliers. We cannot accept any liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries. Deliveries are usually between 7am-6pm Monday to Friday. Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some off-shore islands and remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by some or all of these services and we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items to such addresses. You will be notified of this when you place your order. We are unable to deliver to workplace addresses.
Return PolicyOur returns service is free. We strongly recommend you use our own couriers - Home Delivery Network - as the most convenient way to return items. Just go online or call us to make arrangements for us to come to you*. Please also call us if an item appears to be damaged or faulty on receipt. You can also return items through the Post Office. Please allow up to 14 days for returned items to be credited to your account. Keep your proof of the return in case you have a future query.
