Delivery■ Standard next day delivery costs £3.95 no matter how many items you order. Order before 4pm.
■ Specified day delivery costs £3.95 no matter how many items you order. Order up to 8 days in advance.
■ Delivery costs £5.95, where your order includes larger household, furniture or electrical items.
All delivery options are available when ordering online and refer to working days
only, e.g. items ordered on Saturday choosing ‘next day option’ (before cut off
time) will be delivered on Monday.
If your order consists of several items and you want these to be delivered to
different addresses, there will be a separate delivery charge for each address.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot
guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside of
this time-scale. This also applies to products sent direct from our suppliers. We
cannot accept any liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred
due to failed or delayed deliveries. Deliveries are usually between 7am-6pm
Monday to Friday.
Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some off-shore islands and remote
areas of Great Britain may not be covered by some or all of these services and
we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items to such addresses. You
will be notified of this when you place your order. We are unable to deliver to
workplace addresses.
