Currys - Information

The web site is very easy to use. The information on the products was first class. I was surprised at the choice given for delivery both dates and times. The delivery men did an excellent job.

The assistant in the Stamford store allowed me to take that last of the item which was a display unit, he packed it professionally and was very helpful.

It was what I would expect from a leading retailer. No problems.

Good value for money and short lead time for delivery.Due to a security issue with the credit card, Currys automated e mail / tracking system was not able to be fully deployed resulting in confusion over delivery date. This was however resolved by telephone and the call was treated in a helpfull and proffesional manner.

I paid on-line for this item, 2 days later had a e-mail from Curry's, staing the item was out of stock, and my order was canceled. Not very amused....

The purchasing experience, and the goods were fine, it was the delivery that was unsatisfactory. It would appear the delivery man didn't really want the job of delivering a fridge/freezer to second floor flat, and removing the old one. Instead of ringing the doorbell, he apparently tried calling the land-line number several times, but as it was engaged he put a card through the letterbox and left! Obviously, if the phone was engaged it would indicate someone was at home, and having altered plans to be there for the earliest possible delivery date, this was most annoying.

Everything happened as promised

We only ordered goods because of delivery date offered. To then get an email at the last minute cancelling the order was no way to retain customers

This was the first time we bought a product from Currys online. We found the site easy to use. The delivery service we excellent, we were kept informed of an expected time of arrival which included an delivery time within the hour. We were very pleased with the service provided.
