Generally good helpful and courteous. However I was initially left in doubt that the sale was going through as I did not receive the promised second ie 'confirmation of order' email. Dixon's Order No:D002136951, Order Ref:7423007848
Removal of old and installation of new machine generally OK but the machine has not been placed centrally between the existing kitchen units, almost touching one unit with 1/2" gap to the other. There is therefore the posibility of vibration being transmitted to the kitchen units during the spin cycle.
The Serial Number required for guarantee registration purposes is on the back of the machine. Ideally this should be typed on the Despatch Note left with the Customer or failing this , entered by the installer. This is a very heavy machine and I will have to get someone in to pull it out.
Perhaps seemingly small points but attetion to them would contribute to customer satisfaction.
The item was ordered and received within two days. You can't get better than that. If the price is right I will use them again.

1st time i purchased off the internet so please at how it all went, even with the custome service call to tell me about calling after 9pm to find out delivery time next day. mine was 7.30-11.30 goods arrived at 9.15, as yet unable to unpack item as i am on my own so need help with that. only improvement on delivery would be that drivers help single people unpack
On-line ordering was a nightmare and couldn't work out how to pay using interest free credit / until 2010 AS ADVERTISED for the life of me. Product was very cheap compared to competitors and delivery was fantastic, no problems.
The only thing I was not happy with was when I bought tumble dryer in december sales for £199.99 two weeks later in january the first it was £170.33
Dixons stinks!!
I paid for a timed delivery before 10:30 and it never arrived, had to take more time off work, VERY UNHAPPY....
