I tem I required was advwertised on the site but needed more info/ I used there support line and the sales person was very courteous and answered all my extra question. I hope in future that this stay s the same as other companies have followed the couldn't care less attitude as they have become bigger.

Very easy, surprisingly (literally) prompt delivery. Delivered on Tuesday after being ordered on a Sunday evening.

Very efficient service, however, delivery was to be within 10am and 5pm but didn't arrive until 7pm. Luckily we were in!

Very satisfactory transaction, with obviously the best price I could find. Only let down by delivery, not as fast as I would have liked, and then an excuse that the delivery lorry broke down and could not deliver after waiting in all day! Another 2 days lost before finaly delivering the item. A phone call on the day of non delivery would have been benificial.

Ordering easy, but would have been better if I had been notified of when the delivery was, as it just turned up, and luckily I was in. Having said that delivery was very prompt from the time of ordering.

Good service and delivery of item that was in stock but am still waiting for item that was out of stock. The only problem I would raise is the short notice about delivery, I was called the day prior to delivery, that doesn't give you much time to arrange to be at home to receive the delivery. Like most people I work and need some notice to be able to arrange time off.
