being able to choose a delivery date was very useful. Also being able to deliver to work and not home again very useful (some sites wont allow it on a first purchase).

Delivery was prompt and the item safe (although City link had torn the side of the box)

All was great except delivery which was meant to be between 7am and 6pm. Home Cinema TV were good and informed me that the TV had been loaded on the lorry foe delivery that day.....it arrived at 6 10pm which was probably due to it being the week before Christmas and I guess someone has to be last!

The product delivered (Chronos iDock Clock Radio) was the wrong colour because the page linked to by pricerunner went to a page with a product picture in white yet all the information was about a black model (2 specific references). Whilst delivery was rapid and satisfactory, when I contacted customer services to point out the wrong colour had been supplied they started with the attitude (and vocals) that I had ordered the wrong product and would have to charge me £10 to replace it with the correct colour, until I pointed out the 2 black refs on their (white) product page. Then they noticed that there was no stock of the black model (listed on a separate web page), and none on order, so they offered to collect and refund the white model. The collection is due Wed a.m. 7/1/9. In the end a satisfactory outcome to the conversation with customer services, but I still want to buy a black model so am looking elsewhere.

easy to order and to select delivery date and delivered on time

Had what I wanted, at the best price, and it was availble, good customer service, delivered on time - rgreat product and great service.

The TV is great, the only thing that let them down was the delivery date. It came a day late and I waited in all day. No phone call or e mail to forwarn me. It wouldn't have been a problem otherwise. Price and Product are great though...

The whole experience was fine except delivery: the price was good, the TV is just as excellent as expected, and could have been delivered on the date promised.

Unfortunately the City Link crew delivered only a card, apparently not able to get the attention of the three people in the house at the time, despite the provision of a highly effective doorbell and a very loud knocker. I chose to drive 45 minutes each way the next day to pick up the parcel, rather than risk a repeat performance. I did complain to City Link (as did the person in front of me in the queue, with an identical complaint).

Pana TV arrived as described and on time. Only criticism would be no tracking info, perhaps that's down to the courier service. Happy to recommend.
