First electrical purchase from the internet, we had no prolems and it was a very smooth process with Redhill Appliances. Would buy from them again and recommend them to friends and family.
Initial ordering problems sorted by a phone call from customer service team. Very competative price.
Product delivered on agreed date, delivery driver was very helpful and installed product into position. Overall very satisfied.

I normally find shopping a highly unpleasant activity so it was a surprise to find a retailer who had the product I wanted, at a price I was happy with and who delivered when they said they would. Overall, a very satisfactory experience!
Ordered online in the evening. The following day was called by redhill to say that the product was out of stock for four weeks at least. Having already paid for the item was not too pleased to have to wait that long. If this had been on the website I would have known. Other companies manage to do this and I ordered it quickly on another website for £1 more. However the person from Redhill was extremely polite and efficient.
Excellent service all round from speed of delivery to helpfulness of staff. The machine was £16 cheaper than others, and the 5 year warranty was also cheaper than the others.
Have previously used Redhill Appliances, found them very reliable and keep you up to date with order status and delivery. Were able to give a delivery estimate the evening before and even called to advise were stuck in traffic and would be slightly late (less than 30 minutes) - great service.
Only problem I had is that when it was delivered I saw that an old piece of machinery that the driver had already picked up had fallen against it in transport - It wasn't supported. Although I checked it when off loaded it was still in it's wrapper - I later found out the side was scratched. As it was going into a "fitted space" this didn't matter too much but a bit unprofessional - seems to be a problem with most delivery drivers!
I had a very nice time purchasing from Redhill, there was always someone on the other end of the phone if I had any questions. They were very professional and very friendly and easy to talk too. I will shop with Redhill again, hopefuly in the next coming months. Thank you
