Laskys - Information

Both products I ordered on-line were not available. It was a bit of an inconvenience that the website did not show that they were out of stock. I was promptly called to be advised that they were not available. No charges were made to my credit card.

Entirely satisfied with all elements.

My first delivery was damaged, when I informed you, a return to you was arranged. I received the second combi microwave in perfect condition.

My email enquiry has not be responded to, and the item has not been delivered, despite paying for expedited delivery over a week ago.

I cannot even view the tracking of the order on the web since the web site malfunctions on my Mac.

I am now wondering if I will ever get the item.

Initial impressions during ordering were good, although I was disappointed to note that payment was taken from my account immediately, rather than just prior to dispatch, as happens with many other suppliers. I accepted a fairly lengthy delivery date because it happened to suit me, but then there were a further two one-day delays, about which I was eventually advised. Staff were pleasant at all times, which certainly cushioned my disappointment to some extent, but the points noted above still rankle. The delivery crew (sub-contract?) were excellent and friendly in their approach, despite the early hour and the fact that they had just made a 70 mile trip through freezing fog.

I placed an order for a microwave at lunchtime on Thursday 19 December and paid £1.95 delivery, yes only £1.95, to guarantee delivery 3-5 working days as I wanted it before Christmas. The microwave was delivered before lunch on Saturday 20 December. Excellent service. I will certainly be buying from Laskys again.

My first purchase developed a fault and the return procedure worked a treat with prepaid lable sent to me by e-mail. My money was refunded immediately. A second purchase was then made and delivered satisfactorily within a few days.
