Electrical 123 - Information

cheapest price on net, ordered quickly, delivered within time frame, excellent service

Like "mystery shopper", don't often leave reviews but this was so straightforward, could choose delivery dates online, all completed with emails/txts at each stage within 3 days. Faultless and efficient so far. But I do think the true test of a retailer is if problems with product develop and how they handle it but hope I won't have to test this (unlike only review on the Beko AP930X I bought ).

Fantastic service ,ordered cooker lunchtime Tuesday and it arrived the following morning at 7.45am.Received a text and an e-mail at 6.00pm confiming delivery timeslot and cooker arrived as promised.A highly recommended and professional company,many thanks.

I've never felt inclined to write a review about an on-line retailer, but Electrical 123 deserves a special mention. Not only were they the cheapest for the tumble dryer purchased, but their delivery service was exactly as they described: delivered (free) within 2 days; a delivery advice email was sent the day after ordering, stating an email/SMS would be sent after 6pm with the 3 hour delivery slot. Both the email and SMS arrived stating it would be delivered between 0726-0956 .... the dryer arrived at 0740. Perftect delivery service !

Sometimes a bit sceptical of these online sites, but after reading the reviews and looking through their website I was (fingers crossed) hopeful they would provide a good service delivering my new washing machine. Well they did everything they said they would do. I was informed by email and text the day before regarding my delivery time slot, and on the day the two delivery guys rang me 15 minutes before they arrived to check we were in. Basically they provided the service we as customers should be able to expect.

Bought a washing machine on Sunday night for a Tuesday delivery which was free, great communication and a txt to say what time it would be delivered , It was delivered in the time frame given, Brilliant service.

What a fantastic service I was given when ordering from this company. Even a next day delivery with no charge.Not only that but delivery was well on time. The best I have ever had from on line ordering.
