Refund PolicyRefunds, minus transport costs and inspection charges, will be made within 30 days. Goods returned ‘as new’ but incomplete/used will not be eligible for refund and will be returned to you at your expense. When an engineer has confirmed the fault you will be offered: • A replacement – delivered at our expense. • A repair – the item will be returned to you at our expense, once repaired the item is no longer eligible for replacement. • A full refund – once item is confirmed faulty and complete with all original packaging, manuals and accessories. If the product, on inspection, is not deemed faulty you will be offered: • Return of goods at your expense plus all costs incurred including engineer’s expenses and transport costs. • Refund of invoice cost, less costs incurred, provided the item is in original box/packaging and complete with manuals, accessories, etc.

DeliveryDeliveries can only be made to UK mainland addresses. All deliveries on behalf of Home and Kitchens must be signed for by the person placing the order or their agent, and goods can only be delivered to the address stated on the order. Most prices quoted on Home and Kitchens web site includes delivery charge to UK mainland addresses. However, larger items like washing machines, dishwashers, refrigeration, cookers and most other large appliances have a separate delivery charge. All delivery charges are clearly stated on checkout. If you wish to order multiple large items then delivery may be reduced, email us or call 0871 223 0113. We aim for: Next Day delivery on small kitchen appliances, dehumidifiers, vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners and most other small appliances. Subject to products being in-stock, Orders must be placed before 11am Mon - Fri excluding bank holidays and weekends. We will notify you via email your delivery date. 3-5 Day Delivery on laundry machines, dishwashers, refrigeration, cookers and most other large appliances. Home and Kitchens will confirm delivery date by e-mail.. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they, or their appointed agent, is available to receive and assist with delivery if required. To assist our Courier with delivery please provide any information you feel may be relevant regarding access to your premises, these include stair, intercom, narrow entry. We cannot be responsible for failure to deliver goods due to lack of information received. DO NOT SIGN FOR GOODS THAT APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. ONCE YOU HAVE SIGNED YOU ARE ACCEPTING ALL RESPONSIBILITY. Please sign ‘UNCHECKED’ if you are unable to see if the product is complete or in perfect condition due to packaging. All discrepancies, damages or faults must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If an order is cancelled or the delivery address amended after the item has been dispatched, you will be liable for transport costs. This charge will be dependant upon the size and weight of the item. It is our aim to dispatch all orders for small appliances the next working day from receipt of order and larger appliances within 5 working days, but you will be notified by e-mail. If an item is out of stock when ordering we will inform you of a new delivery date. If this delivery date is not acceptable we will offer you the choice of a similar product or you may cancel the order.
Return PolicySince 31st October 2000, UK customers now have the right to cancel their order within a ‘cooling off period’ which lasts 7 days from the day after accepting delivery. Cancellation must either be by fax, e-mail or letter to our address listed in Contact page. If a product fails on first installation it is deemed ‘dead on arrival’. Please e-mail customersupport@homeandkitchens.co.uk within 7 days of receipt. Always refer to your instruction manual before contacting us as if the fault is proved to be user/installation error you are eligible for any costs incurred. You will be issued with a Returns Authorisation Number. Goods must be returned within 14 days of authorisation being issued otherwise it will become invalid. Goods must be returned unused and in the original packaging, all manuals and accessories must be included. Any damages to goods must be noted on delivery notes. It is the responsibility for the customer to inform us, by fax, e-mail or letter, of any shortages or damages within 2 days. We cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit if not notified within 5 days. Poor performance of goods such as the signal quality or interference cannot be accepted as suitable reasons for the return of goods. Please check components such as batteries, remotes or plugs with manufacturers guidelines found in all instruction books before raising a complaint.
