the "pixmania" experiance was excellent. easy site to navagate,
lots of choice,just about everything in stock! and suberb delivery at
such a busy time of year! it made for a very relaxed xmas. thanks..

At this moment in time, I am very worried that I may not get the LCD TV I have ordered.
The website says it's in stock, then later it's out of stock, then its in, then out.
My order shows it's out of stock then in then out and I still haven't got it.
So, you tell me if I'm actually going to get it.
Pixmania have given me the refund of the delivery charge which was well received but I rather have the TV.

This was the 1st time we have used Pixmania but I would use them again if needed.We ordered a LG LCD TV from Pixmania on Christmas Day, their price was the best on the web and they also did free delivery. The website was easy to use - like any other really and the confirmation was sent promptly.

Their estimated delivery time was good given when we ordered and it was easy to contact them to rearrange as the 1st date given did not suit.

Corteous pre delivery phone calls and delivery options. Package arrived quickly and in top condition. Looked the the box had been carefully transported and not thrown around a warehouse. Nice :-)

50 words isn`t enough! I`m very disappointed to say the least with pixmania. i ordered my 42" LG tv from pixmania and everything went fine and there website said it was in stock, so i was expecting a week for delivery. Then 6 hours after the money had been took out my bank i got a e-mail from pixmania saying the product was out of stock and they will be having some more delivered on the 3rd of jan 2009, which i don`t mind but i would have rather have been told this when i was ordering the product NOT 6hours after!! I did e-mail pixmania to vent my frustration. Today is the 5th of jan 2009 and since that e-mail i have not heard anything from pixmania about any delivery date or weather the tv is now in stock or not even thou there website says that it is in stock again. I`m very disappointed about this, I don`t usualy buy off the net because i don`t like using my card over the internet (fraud ect). I will deffinately not be buying from pixmania again, customer service needs reveiwing, £560 is a quite big amount of money to spend and i`m none the wiser as to when/if the t.v is coming. thanx for your time. Excellent service, and a good, easy to navigate website, with excellent video clips of products.
Only drawback: over frequent e-mails from pixmania promoting their products. Happy to receive these emails, but tempted to unsubsubscribe as too frequent.

the service i got from pixmania was outstanding, good delivery time, good communication and good price.
