When you find a company like this there's no need to go anywhere else ever again! Nothing was too much trouble for them.
. I did have a big order which in this current climate is quite frightening, but we just knew from the first phone call that we were in the best possible hands.The price was superb and the advice pricless.
I dealt with Mark who was so professional and helpfull through the whole proccess it was a delight to deal with him. He knows his stock and could advice us on anything!! We took full advantage of his knowledge! He replied to every call and e-mail. You knew he would evey time and what a bonus that was!
The delivery too was a refection of this brilliant company. It was such a wonderful experience to have men who reflected this company's standards and loved Appliance city too. I wish I was ready to order again. The best company ever.

Because I wanted several items, very helpful guy at Appliance City gave me a very, very good price for three items. Arranged to deliver when it was convenient to me. Delivered exactly as arranged and the delivery man phoned me when he was 15 minutes away to confirm that I was home. All in all an excellent experience. I will definitely be phoning them for a quote on more items I require. If you are worried about ordering goods on-line, don't be - these people are excellent.

When my washing machine expired, Appliance City/Bunny Appliances were recommended to me. The website was excellent and the sales assistance from Richard was very good. I ordered on Saturday and my machine arrived in their warehouse on Wednesday and thanks to Geoff was delivered the next day - superb service

Couldn't be better! Sales and customer service were first rate and the delivery was service was just as good, if not better. They took the Maytag american fridge/freezer we ordered right to where we wanted it, even taking its doors off and refitting them. Despite having to work until 8pm, the delivery staff remained cheerful and helpful. A PLEASURE doing business with them. HIGHLY recommended!

Ordering was easy, spoke to someone on the phone as I could not take delivery before I went on holiday so they took a small deposit, on my return their delivery company phoned to arrange the delivery. They gave me a half day time scale when it would be delivered and also offered to phone 1 hour before delivery which meant I could stay at the office until they were ready to deliver. I had a large fridge delivered, they unpacked the fridge and put it in place as well. I cannot thank them enough for making this SO easy. Try getting Comet to do this!

I just had to drop you a few lines, to thank you for your brilliant customer service, with emails and so many phone calls, I was kept up to date throughout. You really put other companies to shame and they should all follow your example!

We are extremely pleased with the fridge freezer that was delivered this morning and it was such a shame that the one that was delivered last week, was not acceptable because of the scratches- but this was not through any fault of yours.
