Item was ordered online on 4 Dec for delivery next day. Item only received Tues. 9 Dec after five phone calls. Initial delay due to apparent backlog in taking card payments. Impossible to track delivery online as suggested on website. Confusion over courier / delivery status. Waited in for 3 days to receive item. Disappointed and would not buy again.

I was a firts time customer but when I asked for my order to be sent to my work address I was told that this could not be done. This meant that I had to go after work and collect my goods from the Post Office. Very unsatisfactory. The agent I spoke to was also quite unhelpful and I would think twice using PC World again on the internet.
