Clear detailed & easy to navigate site. Product was accurately described and was all that was expected.
Good brand - good customer service response (I do too much on computers and really like to speak to a person) - very good price - quick delivery and on time.
The whole experience was spoilt by the delay in delivering the goods. This was compounded by having to stay in all day (Friday) for an item which was not delivered because the delivery man went to someone else's house. Fortunately I was able to contact the delivery firm to arrange delivery on Monday morning.
